Frequently Asked Questions
Does my doctor need to create an account?
No. Your doctor simply opens the link and enters the PIN — zero signup, zero software to install.
How long does the shared link last?
7 days from creation. After that, it automatically expires and cannot be accessed.
Can I revoke access early?
Yes. You can revoke any active share link instantly from your Health Planner dashboard.
Is my data secure?
The PIN is SHA-256 hashed (we can't read it), data is read-only, and the link auto-expires. Your data is never stored on your doctor's device.
What data formats can my doctor download?
The clinician view includes a Download button that generates a formatted HTML report, plus a Print button for PDF via the browser.
Can I share with multiple doctors?
Yes. You can generate separate links with different module selections for different clinicians.
